the tracking was awesome ,delivery was awesome ..Very responsive they were very nice and I ordered the wrong hair ..I ordered a regular lace wig and wanted a full one .They changed my order for me with no problem..That's why I'm giving 5 stars ..Now the hair I dont get much shedding like everyone else and the hair is very soft ..The hair tangles in the back and I dont even sleep it it I take it off every night ..The hair gets stiff quick ,but there is a great fix for that .The hair curls nicely and I dont know how to pluck and I can say this wig looks so natural on me and still does ..The full wig is also ,hand stitched. The service was all around Exceptional..I have ordered another one from the company it will be here shortly .I cant wait ,would I refer them yes I would ..
